Wayfaring Day 80

Today David decide he wanted to go to a nearby state park that he had not been to before. He left in the morning and was there until about 1:00. He hiked all the trails there and ate at the store in the park.

He was sweaty and worn out when he returned to the house. The 95 degree heat had taken a toll on him. His priority upon reaching the house was to shower and recover.

This afternoon we readied ourselves for the football game and left the house at about 4:30. The game is at 5:00 just as it was last week. The temperature was a little better at 87 degrees. The opponent had only 11 players which is unusual. Our team has about 30. We played pretty well and won the game about as handily as you can in a short game like this was.

The rest of the evening was pretty much spent resting for David. No one else did much either. We tried to make some decisions in relation to the UK trip but with no final decisions.
