Wayfaring Day 177

Today the high temp will be 80 degrees here. Christmas Day will be a sunny 81. Even for this part of the country this is unusual. It just doesn’t seem much like Christmas. Well, maybe in Kunnanura.

Today we spent some time with family and then headed to our son’s house for a Christmas get together at their house tonight. We left there at about lunch time and were all at our son’s in the afternoon. We had lunch at a Dairy Queen onnthe way and for dinner we are having that quintessential Christmas meal, Lasagna! Tonight we opened gifts with our older son’s family with the primary emphasis being on the four year old. He provided us with plenty of fun and happy moments as expected. He is really getting the dinosaurs this year. There was a lot of playing before finally getting him to bed. Our younger son drove home late but it is only about an hours drive. We decided to stay due to feeling pretty tired and having to drive two cars back to home base and getting there late.
