Wayfaring Day 166

December 12, 2025 Friday

Today started out poorly with David having major issues with his knee. It has been giving him problems lately but now seems to have made a turn for the worse. Amy drove to our son’s house to get him and take him to a clinic near our home base and his primary care physician. This made for a long and very unproductive day.

X-rays were mostly inconclusive so we will continue with more exploration on Monday. For now ice, compression and ibuprofen are the thing but the expectation is that more will have to be done. The month of December is shaping up to be a very shaky one for the family. Hopefully none of this will hurt our travel plans at the end of the month and the associated obligations.
