Wayfaring Day 150

November 26, 2025 Wednesday

With our son still in bed and his wife needing to work some today, we took our grandson to the Perot Museum. The first hour was more building with blocks and magnets. They have thousands of different types of LEGO type blocks to build with. Then there was climbing, sliding and playing in water. We moved on to the dinosaur area which is most impressive. Our grandson really loves the dinos but he also enjoyed the other exhibits. There were a greater than usual number of people at the museum today due to everyone being out of school. Even so we were able to do as much as we wanted.

From there we headed to the basketball game. Our son did coach the team but in a lot of pain. His wife drove him to the game and then drove him home almost immediately after the game. Our other son drove in to town and joined us at their house. Eventually we ordered some dinner from Dave’s Hot Chicken. After a couple of hours its was time for the four year old to go to bed. After everyone else went to bed Amy, David and the younger son watched some tv. It was kind of a big night for that. Thanksgiving is tomorrow and we will enjoy the day with our family here at our older son’s house.
