Wayfaring Day 8

Amy drove to our son´s house in order to keep our grandson for the week while his mother was travelling for work. David stayed behind to take care of parents and do some unpacking and moving some of our belongings around. Amy was also working with her side of the family on a trip to Great Wolf Lodge that had been in the works for a while. She would be there with our grandson and his three cousins and other family from various places. One was returning to China for work soon so this was a sort of last get together before she left the country again. As is sometimes the case it seems we are all over the place but it makes checking our Life 360 app interesting.

One of the ideas David began working on was travelling to follow our sons NCAA basketball team. We don´t make all the road trips they go on but we like to make some of them each year. Early in the season they are playing a couple of games in Salt Lake City and a couple of games in the Denver area. In this instance David was continuing to think in terms of using cruises to ramble around on for the $100 per day spending ¨limit¨. Today he did some research but decided not to make any final decisions today. He also wanted to spend some time gathering things together for the trip to Florida with our younger son next week. This is more difficult when you have packed and unpacked over the past two weeks.
