Wayfaring Day 27 - 31

July 27

Another sort of crazy day where we took two cars from home base to our son´s house. We stopped and picked up our younger son on the way for all of us to celebrate his birthday at Pappadeaux Seafood restaurant. We gathered at our older son´s house and then drove two cars to the restaurant. We had a great time eating some of our favorites, especially the fondue. Afterwards we made a few stops and then David and our younger son headed back home. Amy is staying with the grandson this week so mom and dad can work. David will stay at home base until the 4th of August when he will join Amy at our grandson´s house.

July 28, 29, 30 and 31

These days were spent keeping our grandson and taking care of things with our parents and doing some work for family members. Amy took our grandson to Strike Reel for some fun and a movie on Monday. On Wednesday she took him to his dad´s basketball camp where he was able to run around and play with the older kids and some of the players. David began to investigate the idea of doing house sitting and found a few different apps and websites that answered many of our questions.
