Wayfaring Day 252

March 9, 2026 Monday

Today David was up early for rehab. This is most likely his last time. He has completed the 6 weeks of physical therapy required for reconsideration of him having a MRI. He did his mile and a half walk and then made a couple of stops before going home. Amy did a few things around the house and then had a chiropractor appointment.

After lunch David took his mom to visit with his dad. He then ran some errands and picked her up to take her back home by about 4:00. Amy worked on sewing for most of the afternoon.

At about 4:15 David left to pick up his middle brother to go to a basketball playoff game. They drove the hour to pick up our younger son and then another 45 minutes to the game. The game was a very fast paced and exciting game with the winner advancing to the state championship game.

David got home around midnight. Amy had spent the evening with David’s mom, brother and a friend. Amy and her friend had also did some shopping for the Spain trip primarily for purchasing a new piece of luggage for our second checked bag. We get two checked bags on Lufthansa for the two flights that will take us to Barcelona.

We stayed up late but eventually went to bed. We didn’t have to get up early anyway tomorrow.
