Wayfaring Day 251

This morning everyone in Amy’s family were in attendance at the church service. That of course is something that has not happened here in a very long time. After church we all had one final meal together before people started going their separate ways.

We actually napped during the afternoon and watched tv. Amy went to her dad’s for dinner with her sister and brother who were still in town. David spent some time with his mother and then just had some summer sausage and cheese as his dinner.

David then spent some time getting checked in for our cruise. He also made a couple of seating changes for the flights to Barcelona. Flying on a 747 should be a cool experience. He also explored some “real” cultural experiences in Barcelona. He earmarked some experiences that seemed very good things to do to try and keep from just being a “tourist”. He made a dinner show reservation at a Flamenco theater that was recommended by one of the writers. Hopefully we will get to do some of the other things he found as well.

Amy came on later and we sat around and watched tv, talked and played on our phones. David wasn’t feeling great so he went to bed a little early and Amy followed not long after.
