Wayfaring Day 244

March 1, 2026 Sunday

This morning we had some donuts and then continued with more preparation for the twins. We worked on solving some of the child transportation issues and picked up two snap-in car seat carriers. We worked on getting the car set up for bringing babies home and did some more organizing with baby items. We repaired the swing in the back yard and broke down some boxes. After lunch we needed to get back to home base and left around 2:30.

We made the two hour trip and upon arrival we picked up David’s mom from the nursing home. After some unpacking we watched a little tv and had some dinner. It was David’s job to get his mom in bed and once that was done he went back to the house. The rest of the evening was spent watching tv, looking for houses online and exploring Portugal.
