Wayfaring Day 224

February 9, 2026 Monday

This morning David checked to make the caregiver was with his mom and then went to take care of some errands. He picked up some food for himself on the way home and stopped at his mom’s at about 11:00. At that point the caregiver had about an hour to go and we were expecting the home health people around 11:00. After everyone had gone David and his mom visited until about 1:45 at which time he took her to visit with his dad. It’s Bingo day.

Amy spent the day sewing. She made several items primarily baby items. She is having a good stay with her sister but plans to head back home on Wednesday.

In the evening David and his brother enjoyed a basketball game at their Alma mater. They met his brother’s daughter and granddaughter at the game which was nice. The team won to keep their undefeated streak at home intact. After they were back home David went to his mother’s to get her to bed. Once that was taken care of he went home and went to bed himself.
