Amy is back at home base taking care of parents and other issues today while David and our younger son have plans for Magic Kingdom.

Today we took the bus to Magic Kingdom and then a monorail to The Polynesian. One of our favorites for breakfast is Tonga Toast. The Kona Cafe was where we first experienced this tasty treat but now they offer Tonga Toast at the quick service Captain Cooks. Then we hopped on the monorail for The Magic Kingdom to spend the 4th day of our 5 day ticket.
Due to the large number of rides here we purchased the Lightning Lane for today. Our first stop was Jungle Cruise and then on to more in Adventureland and Frontierland. We had lunch at Columbia Harbor House before moving toward the other parts of the park. We purchased a LL for Tron later in the evening so we could ride at night. When the afternoon came we made our way out of the park to the the water taxi that would take us to The Wilderness Lodge. Our dining experience this evening is at Whispering Canyon Cafe inside the Wilderness Lodge. Once again we had a reservation for when the restaurant opened so we were seated quickly. This is a quirky barbeque place where they encourage you to shout to your server when you need more of anything. We ordered The Traditional which is an all-you-care-to-enjoy signature skillet. We did get more sausage and ribs but you can only care to eat so much. We caught the water taxi back to Magic Kingdom and enjoyed the evening pretty well until an afternoon storm popped up. We sat over near Tron waiting to see if it would reopen while the fireworks exploded overhead. Luckily Tron did reopen and we were in the first few groups to get to ride. Afterwards we headed to the bus and back to the hotel since we have a really early morning train ride to Miami.
